Yes, I did it several times and I'm happy to say I won a few ribbons. Unfortunately we almost don't have quilt competitions like you in USA. The European Quilt Championships takes place every year in the Netherlands and we have a German coordinator for the World Quilt Competition, therefore it is very easy to attend there. It is very expensive to send a parcel with a quilt to USA for a competition and I must admit I can't afford that.

Fantastic! I just love your work and truly wish I could hand quilt all my quilts. I know how to hand quilt and I like to do it, but don't do it often enough. I love to piece quilt tops, but then I lose enthusiasm when it's time to do the actual quilting. Without a long arm machine, I really don't enjoy machine quilting, so I need to make a greater effort to get more hand quilting done. You are an inspiration to me.

Awesome is just one word but doesn't really say it all...it is just Beautiful your work is Beautiful and your Brother is one lucky person to have a sister to make such a great gift of love :thumbup:
