I love this bag the colors are really good together. dakotamaid's link worked for me it went straight to the pdf file. I have dial up not high speed so it took a minute.thanks for the link.

I believe the name of this bag is "Perfect Patches", I have made it and the pattern was in an Australian Patchwork & stitching magazine quite some time ago.

Just looked at the site for the Sweet Sixteen Bag and compared this pattern to mine. The Bag I made that looks very similar to this one is called Perfect Patches and is made from 22 x 5 inch squares.

That pattern is really very similar to the one I made. difference is I put zippers on the sides & a zippered pocket inside..........Michele

Very cute, love the colors; I'll have to add this to the list of purses to do. Just finished the Bow Tucks Bag and have another started that needs finishing~I'm waiting for my embroidery machine to return from being repaired.
