Your quilt is wonderful exactly like it is. Just a few like you have it makes it elegant.....tastefully done.

All of our reply's show us that everything is a matter of opinion. I love your bargello---the addition of the leaves is a special touch that draws our eyes all over the top. I personally would add a few more leaves, but it is a matter of choice and whatever YOU like best.

    Beautiful!

Hah! I bought them on ebay from three different sellers. Already cut out with fusible on back. And really cheap!! Easy Peasy! But I found some fabric in my stash that has beautiful BIG colorful maple leaves, so I just might have to do some of them as well. And I'd thought of using the leftovers for a "heap" at the bottom too.

BTW, the hanger is a rod from my gr-grandmother's quilt frame (all that's left). It is well over 100 years old. I have two of them. I hung toggle hooks from the ceiling, and suspended doubled chains from each. The rod/pole/1x4 rests in the chains. A nice way to display the quilts for photos or whatever, and a way to remember gr-grandma.

Great! I would add a few strategically placed leaves.

just stunning! I'd either leave it as is or if you do add more leaves, do a couple of bigger leaves- change up the scale a bit by doing that; otherwise it would be too busy.
