Looks really cool. Another one on my list to for BIL. He does sudoku and crossword puzzles all the time

Beautiful! I have one on my "To make" list for my husband, too. We both love the puzzles, but I have other ideas for quilts of my own!!! I am going to buy 9 different prints and assign a number to each. Then I'll use one of the hundreds of puzzles he's done for the layout. I do have a book about soduko quilts somewhere, but can probably work it out without the book.
Again, yours is very nice and you should be proud of it.

I also have done a few of these puzzles.this was the last one...

I did make one for my son who loves to fish and the squares were all different fish scenes.

This one was for an auction at our guild's quilt show a coupld years ago.

Someone said they made a mistake and put two squares in the wrong place. I think that is a hoot! What a challenge for the recipient to figure that out! I might do that for my friend but she would probably figure it in 5 seconds flat. She's that good at sudoku.

What I did was make a chart giving a # to each color and on the back of the hanging, I stitched the chart......

From that point, it was their puzzle to figure....
