Every time I make something and I'm disappointed I try it a second time and adapt it to suit what makes me happier. Give it another go.

I like this, especially the envelope pocket on the outside, and remember sometimes what we don't like much someone else falls in love with, you just never know.

I love your color selections. Not sure that your mess is unlike anyone else's. I have a neat dresser top that my rotary cutting board fits on and I am always having to clear fabric off it, just so I can cut fabric. The very idea.. makes me laugh!

I made a purse from coordinating decorator fabric samples and the straps are too short. i don't have enough of the samples to make the straps longer. My Idea was to make some shorter pieces and put the rings in between them to lengthen them. That way the original handle would be at the top and the additions/rings would be at the ends. That's the idea anyway-haven't done it yet.

l also found the handle a little short. The inside pockets placed too near the top. Next time I will not use two charm squares but reduce them each to at lease 4 in or less. Your colors are very pretty.
