My Aunt had a cat that would ask you if she could drink your tea, or coffee; then she would dip her paw in the drink and lick off her paw until the drink was gone, then she would say thank you and walk away.

It must be working b/c he did lose that weight in 2 months. Angie learned to climb a ladder when we were painting. of course she couldn't get down so we had to make sure to put it down when we left the house. Fun times. We also have a water fountain for them and they drink a lot more water that way. Had one before that drank out of the bathroom faucet. rocky also lays on his back with his belly in the air. we have a picture of him sleeping that way before we even got him. Do you suppose it takes the weight off his tummy?

I have 10 cats at my home and all but 1 Likes to drink out of the toilet bowl, If I have to go its a race to see who can get there first. NOt me thats for sure since I only have 2 legs and they have 4. Luckily my Chihuahuas are too short to reach other wise I'd really be in trouble. They also want to get in the shower too, DH has to chase them out of the bathroom before anything can happen for him. lol
