    I am fond of Kaufman, used their PFD fabrics to dye. A thought....the perfect black is relative to what other prints you are using. I used two "blacks" when dyeing, a cotton black and a silk black. Each one had a different base color. One looked burgandy when rinsed and one looked blueish when rinsed.
