I had bought a set of the Tonga Treat strips and then lost them. I looked everywhere. Then once I bought another set, the first set was in the shelf in the my fabric closet. No clue how I missed it. Don't know if it would have shown up if I hadn't bought the replacement :)

Say a Prayer to St. Jude. He will help you find it. I once put away $200 for a trip and forgot where I put it. I prayed to St. Jude. He led me to an old purse I hadn't used in months. It was there.

I lost a pattern that I was in the middle of making...looked for days. To top it off I had a deadline to finish the bloody thing. Long story short...found it in the freezer. I don't even remember putting anything in there during that time. I swear I have crazy little beings living here who love to torture me. Maybe it's my husband...hummmm!!

Just in case anyone missed my happy ending, I did find my pattern. It was at my sister's house...where I left it when I was asking for fabric ideas.

So, happy ending. I have to admit, I had not looked in the freezer or on top of the refrigerator, as two of you suggested. I will certainly look in those places the next time I can't find anything. :)

Thanks for all your suggestions and comments that made me feel much less grumpy!!

I have found it helpful to look everywhere. Lots of people look where it should be, or where it would make sense to be...but I figure if it were there, it wouldn't be lost!! So I look everywhere and generally find it before too long.
