I'm a bit confused. Is vbrouk planning a second mission trip? If so, when? Obviously, owing the picture with the ladies, she already has been there. I can get some things together also if I know when the stuff needs to get in the mail.

I am going on my second trip to Africa. I already have more sewing supplies than I can carry. I know how generous this board is and appreciate all the offers. If I get to go again, I will be sure to let you all participate. And I will be sure to show some new pics when I get back. I will there for 5 weeks-the whole month of August. The ladies I sewed with there were not impressed with quilting, kind of like how men view it-cutting up fabric just to sew it together again. They want to "tailor"!

vbourck--My sister did a Peace Corp tour in Malawi in the early 80's. Wonderful experience--her being there broadened the world's perspective for our young family here in Iowa.
kwiltkrazy--the top is now all pieced--now off the board and back to the sewing room! G
