I'm up two pounds, It has to be water weight as I'm at about 1,200 calories or less a day. Plus, I exercise strenously several times a week. I figure I should lose about 7 pounds total this month if I keep up the same rate.
Congraulations to all who have lost weight.

Okay, everyone, I need a kick in the posterior. My weight is stuck. Still the same as Feb 1st. I've never had to diet - just cut down on snacks and up the exercise. I can't add any exercise, so I guess I need to pay more attention to my food intake.
Tru, your son is getting married??? How exciting. I hope you are able to overcome your ear problems and enjoy the wedding. Maybe it's time to see a doctor. Yes, I am taking my own advice. I am seeing a doctor Wednesday about several things. I tend to only see my othopedic dr when I need surgery and sweep everything else under the rug. No more.
My grandson is getting married next week. I guess I'd better look for something to wear. It's such an odd time of the year. Too early here for Spring clothes and too late for Winter clothes. Our snowbanks are still shoulder high.
Goodnight, all.

Good morning friends.
I had a grueling day, the only way I coped with the stress was with over 2 hours of hand quilting. My son is home ill for the 2nd day. DH will have 2 teeth pulled Thursday.
Tru, how wonderful about your son! Praying over your ear. I have those issues as well, just not on your scale. Not even close.
CarolJ, you may wanna bump your calories a couple of days this week and see if maybe your body isn't starved. You are working so hard!
Donna, LOVED your story. I agree with Carrie, we know what the younger generation thinks. Read it to my hubby, who now refers to himself that way when talking to me. We have had a great laugh.
SWChick, a saucer is a great idea, but the best thing is your discipline to stay within your guidelines. Great job!
MJ, how are you feeling? Thanks for the update on the batting. Did you buy?
Back later.

Leann I'm praying for you to have a better day today. I know what you mean about the stress. I dive into my quilting when the stress becomes too much.
