Marymc clever to have a "fall" tree. Your block is great!

I was all finished when I realized I had not used my fabric that is suppose to go in every block so I added the kite. Kite flying is one of the things we miss about country living. I am leaving my blocks at the size they are for now, will decide on borders and setting later.
I think your windows are great! The trim on the top of windows is such detail often overlooked. wow, how'd you do that?

I finally got my block done. I'm not happy with the tree, so I will try to make another block later.

I had the same trouble with that tree.....I think it is the pattern again. I love your red door. I just had my house painted and had the door done in a sienna color to go with the rest of the house. 8-)

Good Job!

house/door combo looks nice. I know what you mean about the tree - having the same feeling with mine. I think I'll put that side piece sky/grass & then applique an oak tree there. Of course, I don't know how to applique yet but that's another story. lol Maybe 'heat & bond' will come into play here.

Thanks everyone. I think I got in too big a hurry to get it together and the tree was the last to be put together and last to be put on...maybe I will start at the top and work my way down on the next one.
