    It's clever of you to cut the striped fabric to accentuate the star points. I tend to shy away from directional patterns. My stripes would turn out wonky. Nice work! It's hard to believe you are a beginer, you're a fast learner :D

    You're doing great! Keep up the good work. You're right, this sight and these wonderful quilters are addictive. Find it harder and harder to tear myself away to get any quilting done!

    Your blocks with the colorfull combinations are beautiful. When I look at the block, I see the green star first. Wonderful coordination of colors and strips.
