    Hi, I have had a neck fusion so I can relate.
    Rest,watch your posture,and don't lift anything heavy. It will take lots of time to recoup but I'm sure you will feel much better in a couple of months. In the meantime you can still shop for those great fabric deals
    and make all sorts of plans
    and designs when you get back to it.. Sending you prayers and understanding and of course lots of patience
