She is so cute, but I worry about her. Thread, pins, needles, etc.
We once had a cat who ate some thread. It got wrapped around his tongue, passed through his body, and when the vet pulled on the thread, it cut into his tongue. It was the worst the vet had ever seen. The thread was removed, antibiotics given, cat was okay.....but last time a cat was ever allowed in the sewing room.

My cat believes the only reason I quilt is to entertain him. ANYTHING sewing, knitting, spinning or weaving is something that Caruso likes. I'll admit though your last post where your cat had a blast with your fabric that was hanging on the rack - that was funny. Made me reassess my cat! :)

Had a cat once that swallowed a needle with some thread. I had set it done near the sewing machine. I walked away for only a mInute, when I came back it was gone and she was sitting there with what I can only call a kitty smile. Needless to say 200 some dollars later...
