My "shadow" Sidney is never more than a few feet from me no matter what I'm doing - unless it's outside then she's watching from a window. Love reading about all these animals.

Love the cat! Mine always want to rearrange my layouts. Commend Schuster for not rearranging your lovely layout!

Problem is they know for sure how cute they look and that you're not going to move them. Darn cats, gotta love 'em.
My cat is the same-wants to be in the middle of whatever I am doing, preferably up on the sewing table. My little dog tries to play interference sometimes,

Can't wait to see the end project! Thats a lot of squares!!
My little dog "Ralphie" wants to get up in my lap when I sit in my chair in living room & pickup some handwork. He'll keep jumping up til I pick him up. Then he will get comfortable & I will sew.

When he sees me get out of the car he goes to the kitchen and waits until I come in the back door and that's everyone's cue that Mom's home. His sister comes out and the dog wakes up.
Isn't it so nice to have someone happy to see you when you get home. I know the feeling.
