That is so cute, my kitty too loves to lie on a quilt, if I have one finished, folded and waiting to put away it doesn't matter if I put scissors, pins, etc on top of it she'll still lie right in the middle of it. Problem is they know for sure how cute they look and that you're not going to move them. Darn cats, gotta love 'em.

My little dog "Ralphie" wants to get up in my lap when I sit in my chair in living room & pickup some handwork. He'll keep jumping up til I pick him up. Then he will get comfortable & I will sew.

He's a sweetie, sitting in the window looking out.
My Merlin sits on the window sill and waits for me to drive up and I can see his mouth moving with his demanding meows to get in the house and get dinner ready. When he sees me get out of the car he goes to the kitchen and waits until I come in the back door and that's everyone's cue that Mom's home. His sister comes out and the dog wakes up.
