I have a question. I have recently become aware of a new to me technique that involves cutting apart preprinted small blocks and reassembling them into a larger block of one's own design. I really enjoy this and might decide to enter it into the contest if it's allowed. Would this technique be an acceptable entry for this contest?

I didn't put any restrictions on the style and techniques used. You can enter anything you like.
