I agree with Bibi.. " . This is such a beautiful quilt. You can leave it as is, or add the scallops as you and others have suggested. It all depends how much work you still want to put into the project." Good luck & let us know what you decide.

Use some of all your shell colors and make a custom binding. I think it would be lovely and you could use up your left over material without buying or cutting into something new. It is a wonderful quilt top.

Beautiful quilt!! I bought that pattern to make for my Grandson. He turned one today and I have not started it yet!
