    No wonder you are pleased! That is an excellent quilt and an astonishing first quilt.

    Netflix and diet Coke are two of my favorite quilting tools, too.

    Oh, I am sitting here with the biggest smile on my face thanks to everyone's kind words! I can't wait to make another...just as soon as I get done with finals and graduation. I have a few ideas of what I'd like to try next; I've been scouring the boards looking for ideas. I tend to lean mostly toward traditional patterns. Part of me really wants to try applique. (maybe a small project to try it out!) Also, my dad is really itching for me to make him one now! So maybe he will get first priority

    Thank you so much again for all the amazingly kind words! I will be sure to pay it forward and get more involved here on the boards.
