Well done you! If we don't challenge ourselves we can't progress beyond beginner. I look forward to seeing what you take on next! I'll bet it isn't a charm quilt or disappearing nine patch

You are doing just great on a hard job. Now add a plain border to enclose all that activity then sandwich it and complete it. Hurray for you.

Wow! I think your doing a great job! You jumped in with both feet! Lol. I did a difficult quilt, when I finally figured it out scared hubby when I let out a scream and danced around!! If you can do this for your first quilt I cant wait to see what you do next! And after that!...

Wow.... this is trial by fire, but fire is beautiful - all those reds, yellows and ranges dancing around. After this one, you can do a nice easy 9 patch and say ahhh.

    Thumbs up

Looks like you've put a lot of work into this quilt so you really do need to finish it. I think you will be very happy after it's all over.

any imperfections you see are not visible to anyone else without ultra-close inspection. you have obviously learned a lot and that makes those problems worthwhile and necessary.

this is a stunning quilt and demands to be completed. finish it quickly and enjoy what you have accomplished. you can worry about matching point perfection at a later date.

    just do it!!

Cannot believe this is a first!!! Fantastic!!! If this is your beginning, there is no limit to what you may do with quilts in the future. Your courage is amazing!
