    She is a cutie!!! She chose her fabrics well. And, the doll quilt came out beautifully.

    YES! Get them hooked into being creative at an early age. She DID indeed do a nice job in her choices.

    Look at the Pride in that beautiful little girl's eyes! Wonderful job to the young quilter & to Grandma for taking the time to share your craft with your granddaughter. Making memories that'll last a lifetime!

    I have an almost 4 yo (official on October 17). She comes in when I'm sewing and scrunches in between my little table at a right angle to my machine, or scrunches on the other side by the ironing board and just watches! She's done that since she's been 2..have to keep reminding her "don't touch, you'll get owies" (either from pins or the iron). She always asks if I'm making her a "kilt". Maybe will have to start her out!! Certainly can't let her little sister in the sewing room (she's 18 mos). She is a whirling dervish wherever she goes!! I think LeeAnn (the 4 yo) is going to be my little sewing buddy!!
