    it's has such a graphic and modern feel to it. I love the quilting pattern that was used. Wonderfully done!

    It is called Urban Lattice... saw it on a post here which led me to a blog post which led me to the tutorial... Since then I have seen a number of examples and the changes in color and proportions really make lots of nice quilts.

    Not my pattern... I saw it on this board which had link to a blog which led me to the tutorial. It is a form of paper piecing -- more like a foundation piecing since you don't sew on the lines on the back of the paper. I enjoyed making this.

    I can't take credit for the quilting. I have a friend in S. Ga. who does long-arming. She does a nice job.

    Thank you to everyone for your nice comments. The quilt inspector is Casper our Maltese mix. We adopted him with his girlfriend Chloe who looks more like a Maltese. She is all of 8 lbs and runs the house.
