The baby quilts are 5 by 8 block with sashing.....quilt in a day.

Thank you everyone for your praise. My ego loves it. :-) I joined the local guild and they were doing a class on the Hunter Star. I showed up wit my fabric cut and ready to go. NO turning back. Sometimes being niave is the best way to jump in. You don't know what you don't know. The woman guided me thru the rough spots and I learned A LOT as I went along. I am now doing a stack and whack lap quilt with ughly frabric that I have had for years! I'll post a pic when it is done.

I've been quilting for 9 years and still am not brave enough to try a Hunter's Star. Congratulations, yours is beautiful.
