Hi Craftbear. My mom had a pic at home for antibiotics for her infection. It took almost a month to get rid of it but it finally gave up. LOL. You and your DH are in my thoughts and prayers. I walk in your shoes with my DH. Glad we chat together too. (((((HUGS)))))))

Adding my thoughts and prayers along with everyone else. Sounds like hubby is getting wonderful medical care, and hopefully he gets to come home soon. Sometimes people heal better and faster when they are in their own homes, especially with loved ones taking care of them. It's important to continue taking a little time for yourself, too. Thanks for your recent update, we all look forward to hearing from you again real soon.
Prayers and Hugs for both of you.

Thanks everyone,
I am home today taking care of personal business. Hospital is 1 1/2 hours away so can't afford to go every day to see him. Hubby is still in hospital. His main transplant Dr. got back from vacation and visited him in the hospital this am. We are so happy he is back to take care of hubby. He is wonderful (hubby had a kidney and pancreas transplant 9/18/90 and no longer a diabetic) He still has a long road ahead of him with the staph infection. He has a special infection disease Dr at hospital along with the surgeon.
Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers!
