    I did basically the same thing. $3 worth of flanel and 2 pant hangers. Really helps to make your quilts.

    Neat!
    I have just hung a design wall where I am sewing. I bought some table protector material and sewed a pocket along one end. Hubby doesn't know it yet but the rod he put away for our wardrobe is now sitting in the pocket of my design wall fabric. He hung the design wall for me off the back frame of one of the bedrooms in our under construction house (house building is on hold for the next 6 months) using garden ties. Looks great and I am happy

    I used a flannel backed table cloth too....just stapled it too the top of the wall for now. It will have to come off later on as tongue and groove is going on that wall but in the mean time it works well and I will figure out a way to hang it when the wall is finished.

    What a nifty idea. Just shows that anyone can have a design wall. I am going to use this idea.
