welcome from north texas - seems funny that Bernina is from switzerland but there are limited quilters or quilt shops there. don't give up, keep looking!!

Hello and welcome from Texas. I have heard that your country is beautiful. I have been quilting the same way. Never have been to a class, just picked up from quilting books, and this quilting board. I have been quilting seriously for over a year. Maybe you will start a trend over there!! glad you are here.

Welcome aboard to this wonderful group....I can't tell you how much I have learned so far being new to quilting myself. The world is getting smaller through electronic means and what a wonderful tool to be able share stories, pictures, ideas amongst us all.
