    I'm 69 now and have had osteo-arthritis for several years. I was always good about walking until a couple of years ago. All of a sudden, I didn't want to walk any more nor did I use my treadmill. So, I joined Curves and I love it. Recently our group added Zumba to our program. Believe me if you want to see something comical, come to our Curves program. We have lots of older ladies out here and it is sooo much fun to watcch each other trying to do these moves. I go 2-4 times a week and love the way I feel, plus I get to meet many ladies my age. Try it....you might like it! ;-)
