    yup, I've done it for the kids crafting scissors for years... my gramma showed me that trick well over 35 years ago. I've got about 5 rotary blades that I've saved for when the kids do scrapbooking / papercrafting / cardmaking projects... I may try and sharpen one of those :)

    My hubby is all zappy right now, so I will definitely try the dryer trick ~ we're tired of him zapping us!

    I still call it "tin" foil, gives my age away; but, thanks for the tips. Learn something new every day. Love the brown sugar hint the best, who knew?

    I do this but I also put it into the refrigerator. You can keep it there for a couple of days. Just wrap it tightly.

    Wow........everything you always wanted to know about aluminum foil but were afraid to ask. Well, not quite...lol...but interesting stuff! I especially liked the dryer hint. Thanks! That's one I will probably use.
