I had to laugh at this one since I had to break down & vacuum my sewing rm. floor today. I could get rid of the area rug but it makes it homier with it.
I use a cpl. of sm. square motel ice buckets for scraps & they work well.

My scrap catchers are empty tissue boxes. I put thread,scraps, bent pins, and just empty the box or throw the entire thing in the trash. I will always have an empty tissue box!
