They are $3.50 a box in southeastern Pa. I just ordered a case of thin mints. A bargain at any price. They last a long time in the freezer.

In Minnesota they are $3.50 (no sales tax on food). In Illinois (where I purchased my 8 boxes from 2 granddaughters (sisters) I paid $4.00 (11% tax on anything and everything). Why??? That is the difference - sales tax!

Today I was talking to my daughter in Virginia. She had to buy a couple of boxes outside the local Walmart. She paid $3.00 a box. I'm in California and paid $4.00 a box. I'm just curious how much do they cost in your area? I'm a little shocked at the cost difference.
I remember years ago when I would ride (in Wisconsin) my bicycle throughout the countryside selling Girl Scout cookies for only 50 cents per box and they were bigger cookies back then too. They have really gotten pricey over the years.
