i must be a quilter. i'm always recruiting new ones.

just got back from a nice long visit with my buddy in Naples, FL. i left behind (accidentally on purpose) a brand new 12" square ruler, rotary cutter and mat, plus a PIG. when i called to let her know i'd made it all the way home, she told me she'd been to the store and ended up bringing home ... what else? ... more fabric! The PIG is now a UFO.

    :P

omigosh!!! we shopped til i dropped! LOL

i didn't do much teaching. i just showed her the board; she saw a block she really liked and started pulling out the fabrics we'd bought and choosing which to use for what. she wants to see how much she can figure out for herself before i get a chance to "teach". she's a smart cookie, so i may not be needed. [sniffle, sniffle.]

She may not need you but we need you all the time. So no need to sniffle.

I think pigs are my favorite. The first time I told dh about them he asked if I was working on a herd!!!! Cracked me up.

Glad to see you back Patrice. Maybe Tim isn't so happy, but I know I am!!

if he isn't happy, i'm pretty sure he'll pretend to be. i wouldn't want him to know i said so, but he's a smart cookie.
