Hang in there, your quilt is lovely. Don't let a niece with no manners deter you from continuing to make lovely quilts.

And this is just a wild guess -- guess which niece definitely won't see another quilt from you!! It's sad that everyone can't be thoughtful.

I have made presents for my friends and get a less than "Thank You", which is fustrating. It had made me wonder if it was worth it, until the other day a friend called and asked if I could make quilts for her twin nieces. I think people just don't know how to say Thank You.

Your quilt is adorable. No counting for bad manners. Just count it up to experience & get back to quilting

Some people can be so unappreciative.

I can't believe how some people don't say anything when they get something like that.My family always makes such a big thing out of things I make for them. It would be really hard for me if I had someone to act like that. I always tell people if you don't want it , just let me know and I will let someone else have it. You did very pretty work and don't let someone bother you from keep doing your work.

Your baby quilt is beautiful. (My favorite color) I think it is the "new" generation. Either they weren't taught or they don't care. But don't let that stop you from quilting.
