The flowers look like the ones that are on my honeysuckle vine, leaves look different. Beautiful butterflies, I always like to watch them.

Could it be a flowering currant?
I have a bush that produces pink flowers.

Looks sorta like the Star Jasmine we used to have on my fence till the neighbors decided that they were allergic to everything green in the neighborhood. 50 or more years old it was, totally covered a 10 foot 6 foot high fence.
It smells delightful especially in humid days and evenings. At night it is marvelous.
