    These quilts are so pretty and I'm so confused. I think I'm trying to make something hard out of something easy.

    I have done one by the designer Quilt Moments. It is shown on her web site. I had heard that her directions were easier to understand than those of the Four-Patch Posie. The fabric one starts with would follow the same requirements as the OBW. ( By the way, both designers are Minnesotans!)
    It was really fun to do.

    Love how the quilts are finished up with more than just the 4PP and sashes/borders!


    Am I correct? ... it looks as though your 4PP blocks were cut in different sizes? Nice!

    Never seen one that used 4 sqs. I have seen a spool thats done that way. It was at a quilt show.
