Love chenille bedspreads. I had them when I was a child and always loved how soft they were.

Yes, I like them too. I have one somewhere, that was from in the early '50's. I think our daughter wants it to make teddy bears with. She's more creative than I am and is a great seamstress, too. She is into quilting now, too. (just making the quilt tops, as she doesn't have time to quilt, yet) She works full time and then some.

I remember my Mom had one that was blue and white with colored flowers on it. I have always admired them. A few years ago I purchased a white one at a garage sale for about $4. It was in very good condition.

Oh...the double peacock, how nice. Love those and the big baskets with flowers. Some only have 2 colors others have many. I have a pink one with big white daisies on it. I was a brat when I was a kid (still am) not much on housekeeping so a little dust is ok with me.

Am using a pink one on my bed right now. Looked every where locally, found them in one of my junky little catalogs. Love it. Am thinking about ordering a white one.

We had one for my crib when I was small. I slept in it for 7 years.
I made a pillowcase doll from it.

Yes, I like them - wish I still had the one Mom tossed when she updated their bedroom colors with home-sewn draperies, bedspread.
