Love all the blocks so far. I am having a heck of a time sewing these pieces together and having them come out straight. What is the secret technique here? There are too many of themn to do a trial and error approach which is what I usually do with these angle ones. I put them at 90 degrees to each other and have the points extend 1/4 inch, but they are coming out offset. ??? Any hints?

This is my July Star Block. I had a problem with the "Y" seams and didn't know how to sew them together. I know how to do them now, thanks to SulaBug's post...I'm learning a lot here.

They all look so nice together. Havn't done the lastet block. I too am worried about the Y seams. Gonna try it today.

I like your new interpretation of this month's block, and I love your daisy print. It's going to be a beautiful quilt.
