Smiles,
I think the one I used must have had a burr, just threw it away but will follow your hint now if I find another that doesn't cut smoothly-thanks.

I have tried to find the cutting blades on the Harbor Freight Website and was unable to find the 'carpet cutting blades' mentioned. What have I missed??

Irene,
I was looking for 60's & didn't see them - only the 45's.

My daughter lives near one of those Harbor Freight places. I had called them and wanted $6.99 to ship some. I waited until I went down there. They worked good. They were $1.59 per each. Then I also went to Joannes 1/2 off wsale and bought a rotary cutter sharpener and after DH showed me the right way to use it, I never have a dull blade. I have a full supply of fresh ones too. The blades work well on my Fiskar's, some say they work on Olfa's too.

Here is a link to their store finder....they have several in Oklahoma.

I just went to HF. What do you call them on their site? I put in 'rotary cutter blades' no luck.

Smiles,
Thanks for the tip -- I hope that the next set of blades cuts more smoothly than the first one. But, maybe running in through the sharpener is the trick!
