A big double OWWEE. So sorry, bet that sucker still hurts. I once tried putting the needle through my thumb once, but it didn't go all the way throug. That's what I got for being in a hurry. Mommy Marge says to keep it clean, don't get it wet and see a Dr. if it is not getting better in a couple of days and,as was said by others "Is your tetanus shot up-to-date?" Hoping you get better fast. Five minutes huh, I think that's a world record. Hang in there, it will get better.

Poooooor baby  Feeling bad for you. 90% of all accidents happen in the home - you are now a statistic!

I am happy to announce that I am back to sewing and my finger is coming along fine. It is clean and healthy, although it is not closing up real well. I may lose that little chunk of me there on the corner but that's ok. It doesn't hurt unless I am poking at it, so I try not to do that. LOL
It was a fairly ragged tear so I'm not surprised it is not cooperating. Today I have a pretty yellow bandaid that is cheerful and makes me smile. :D

I must say you are pretty typical of most of the nurses that I know -- we usually try to take care of things ourselves.
So glad that it is coming along........and will soon be better.
