No American alive on that day will forget, just like the Cuban Missile Crisis, assassination of President Kennedy, rides of Alan Shepard and John Glenn, Armstrong on the moon, falls of Saigon and the Berlin Wall.
Among all the horrors, my heart aches when I see images of fire companies resolutely striding to the Towers and to their deaths.
My tears will be falling almost as much as on the day it happened and the days following....

I was listening to the family members read the names this morning and one of the lady's was remembering her sister who died that day, then she went on to say she was also remembering her father who was taken on the same day 5 years later. I can't even imagine how painful this day is for them.
Let all those who parished that day 10 years ago be at peace in the fathers loving embrace.
