Sorry the Bernina dealer in your area was not the friendliest dealer. My dealer in Dallas is great. For information purposes the feet for the original Bernina 930 do not fit on the newer Bernina models. I do agree with others that you might want to take your machine to another sewing shop that is willing to work on all brands of machine. Good luck in your quest.
