    We do!!
    Up until a few years ago, it was just a generic exchange with a dollar limit.
    One year it switched to a "theme", chosen by the host.
    The next year the theme was "something I created" ... and it has stuck since.

    As a result, we have discovered talents within the family, that none of us had any idea existed!

    Perfect winter decoration! Sometimes we get enought snow to make snowmen here. Today only to get 1" to 3" inches, maybe a very small snowman!

    Frosty turn out perfect and it looks so great at your door that I look forward to see his brother hanging there next year!!
    Maybe you could pose next to it in your own housecoat - love that one too!

    Way too cute not to have one for yourself now. BTW great mitered corners, I have such issues making them. Congrats!
