    I love your fabric, I like the thinner ones, but the wider ones do show more of the prints. What ever you do it will be beautiful. Maybe you can do one of each in different sizes?

    I like the thinner one.. doesn't compete so much with the square itself

    Here is one that I did. I had meant to use the same width in the sashing as in the cross pieces, but an oopsie made me use narrower ones. I really like the way it turned out. Here is the link:

    The original blocks were each 6 1/2". The narrow strips were cut 1" from the center seam.... the wider strips were cut 1 1/2" from center seam. I ended up going with the wider strips as my sister likes very traditional patterns. Here's the latest pic from another thread. I may go back to the original placement though.
