Love the quilt and how great that you and your Mom go to quilt shows together. Hear the Minnesota one was in St Cloud this year, hope it was as good as the one in Duluth a couple years ago.

I just love your Barn quilt!!! It is just beautiful and congrats on the award! You deserve it! Also great advice! So glad you got to share with your Mom! I used to quilt wit h my Mom but she now has struggled with Parkinson's for five years! So enjoy while you can!

Astonished at the MN State Quilt Show

I'm adding a couple of closeups. It's a little wonky since the quilt is tossed on a chair. This is the block I made for the BlockSwappers. I kept the one with the cutoff points and gave away the nicer ones. Don't we all do that? The 2nd pic is the racing greyhound weather vane. The black with multi bright dots is the focus fabric for the Block Swap Thank you all for your kind words. I hope my story encourages you to show your quilts & share your stories. and not just on QB

Congrats to you for a wonderful quilt and so glad they loved it too. Someday I hope to enter quilts in our state fair;
it seems something always comes up and I can't get the quilts there, but I keep trying. Thanks for sharing it
with us and am so glad your Mother got to see it too!!
