I bought one on ebay last year for 150. and that was a great deal but you got a steal!!!

Then... you are very blessed. I was just at a quilt show and a group of two ladies brought their collection of featherweights and hand crank Singer machines. I love the featherweights and some day hope to find one myself. I have seen them before on craigslist.com. Enjoy!

Saw a few repainted ones at Lancaster PA show last week, one was a beautiful dark lavender.

I bought a white one about 6 years ago from a guild member, has agua and white carrying case, all orginal parts and a copy of manual. It works great but I rarely use it. Think I'll use it a bit this week before deciding whether to keep it or not. May in Jersey
