Awesome. Don't give up. Some times working the blocks like a window pane makes it faster. As you are only placing it on two sides.

Yes, you place the sashing on two side of each then join them together. Wasn't ever planning on giving up! Did notice to my disgust that I was too eager to try a block with sashing and the pink "points" don't meet in a Vee at the cornerstone!! Photos can show up errors you wouldn't otherwise notice. So, a lot of un-sewing today! Lucky I caught it now when only one block was done, but 6 more strips are (I thought) ready! *sigh*

Doesn't look so bad on the picture - but look at the yellow triangle in the block behind! OK, no more pictures, going with the galloping horse rule!

Again, I love these blocks and I AGREE that the sashing is stunning. I went to the WEB page and saw the dark selection. Great job.
