What is free cycle? I have not heard of this one.

And does everyone name their sewing machines? I never even thought of giving a name! I am amazed. Now I am thinking!

Gosh, I would have just about danced if that had happened to me. I recently bid on a Singer 301 and thought surely I would lose out, however, after 13 bids, I finally won a great condition machine for $202 plus $25 shipping. It sews like a dream! It does not have a case, but I am not complaining. It is excellent condition with a very few tiny scratches. Someone really took good care. I know you must have been so excited to discover your great fortune. You are also wise to realize how you could correct the problems. Now. you have a great story and beautiful machine....FREEEEE !!!
