I just placed an order before the big blizzards hit New England and my order was 1 day later than expected. I would make 1 more phone call and ask to speak to the owner, if there was some kind of problem she will definately get to the bottom of it and resolve the issue.

I've dealt with them regularly since the 80's and they stand behind their products. They even say if you aren't satisfied for ANY reason they will refund your money. Give it one more try.

Curious, did you seem to get any help from them on the phone? I was thinking it might be a weather thing also. I can't recall where they are located but you definitely should've gotten some degree of satisfaction when you have spoke to them on the phone.

Keepsake Quilting is located in New Hampshire right off Lake Winnepeesaukee. They are so used to snow, ice and all that Old Man Winter brings with it. My mom lives nearby and said they've had both snow and ice recently. Cut them some slack for weather delays of both inventory and their ability to ship as promptly as we would like the fabrics or whatever to appear.

I have ordered several times with them and have always got my order in a timely fashion. Sometimes I am amazed at how quickly I have gotten it.

Give it time. My order left 10 days ago. UPS sent me a notice that it was delayed again until Monday, which will make it 12 days.

I've never had a problem with them. I'm sure the snow is having an affect on them. The closer you are to the store the faster UPS will deliver.

Perhaps the bad weather, they have had is the culprit. I ordere from them some time back and both time I had good service.
