my update:
that makes 8 (+ one extra) blocks received to date: jennifer22206, chigger holler quilter, ljdugas31, marytoddliz, missgigglewings, moonrise (2), pokerdiva & rn8or.

i am still waiting on f8's from girlscouts1 and quiltermomma. i will send my f8 along with their completed block.

i have two f8's that i need to create blocks with: sew1096 & ncquilter. i have mailed home 31 completed blocks to date.

with the exception of the four swappers mentioned above, please let me know if you have not received your block. these three were mailed last week on tuesday: goldendog55, kerriv42 & mosher92. hopefully they have been received by now.

An update on my progress....

I think I'm missing some F8s.

I think from reading posts that girlscouts1 and quiltermomma and Havplenty haven't sent their's yet but I also have not received from 1000 projects and Chigger Holler Quilter and Aully.

I have 14 blocks packaged and ready to mail on Monday, 9 blocks just needing squaring up and then they're ready to mail and I'm making the last 5 F8s into blocks today.

maybe you gals can help me. I have blocks from the last Boom and am wanting to get that quilt done for Christmas for BIL. Any ideas on a setting block to make them work together. They are busy when set next to each other, sashing just does not work and then not big enough so thought to put a block the same inbetween all of them. Was thinking maybe a jacob's ladder, but not sure, any other ideas of a good setting 12" block?
