I always LOVE anything that is handmade, but when I make something.........I pick it apart. And, my work does have mistakes but we all should remember we're not perfect. I'm awful to critique my own stuff though. I sure hope you re-post after it is quilted and see what you think of your Mariner's Compass then! :)

It is so beautiful. I don't see any flaws. Give yourself a break. You designed it, made it, and hubby loves it. What more can you get. Congrats.
