I have more scraps than I can count. When people learned I made quilts they started giving me boxes of leftovers from their sewing projects. Two friends gave me their mother's lefovers when they passed away. Maybe you will meet some people soon who will help you with their scraps. Oh, and your quilt is very nice and doesn't need borders.

Your quilt is very pretty. Scrappy quilts are so fun to make. Connecting Threads is having a sale just this week on charm packs that are very reasonable and other fabric also on sale to help with your next quilt.

Verrry Pretty! I would put a small border around it just to stop your eyes. A dark color and maybe 1.5" finished width. I would keep my border and binding the same fabric.

Scrappy quilts don't have to have borders. It is a great way to get it bigger quickly but not necessary.

it does look great.

Beautiful!! I like to add a border, no matter how narrow, to stabilize the edges of a quilt that has a lot of piecing. But you could just stay-stitch the edges instead

Karen! Hi Neighbor! I'm in Woodstock and I shop at Little Quilts, Red Hen, and Tiny Stitches. I don't know about RH and TS but Little Quilts has a scrap basket in the sale section. They give you a zip-top bag and you shove all the scraps you like in that bag. So long as you can close it you buy it for just $5!!! I got a ton in that little bag by folding and rolling the scraps and then stuff, stuff, stuff. (for a tutorial on this watch 'Being There' with Peter Sellers, he uses the same technique to pack his suitcase ;-) and now I do too, cuts down on wrinkling and makes room for more in the case) I'm a newbie (just started this year) so had only the scraps leftover from my 2nd Saturday blocks at Little Quilts so this was a great jump start for my scrap collection.
