I love your quilt. Even without borders it's stunning.
If you are looking to do that quilt again, look into a layer cake. The pieces are 10 inches and you get 40 in a pack. So if you are looking at 3 inch squares, you are able to get 9 out of each fabric. Give you alot of different fabrics.

I agree that this is a beautiful scrappy quilt and does not need a border.
