I love your quilt. Even without borders it's stunning.

If you are looking to do that quilt again, look into a layer cake. The pieces are 10 inches and you get 40 in a pack. So if you are looking at 3 inch squares, you are able to get 9 out of each fabric. Give you alot of different fabrics.

Some quilts look better with borders others don't need them. It's a personal choice.

Love your quilt--scrappy quilts are my favorite. For the binding I sometimes use long pieces of scrappy fabric in the medium to dark shade sewn together (another way to use us fabric).

Your quilt is lovely just as it is. Those 16 sq patch blocks seem to float to the top when you look at it. Excellent job!

another way to get fabric is buying charm squares.connecting threads has a good price on them.
And Keepsake Quilting sells 10" squares as well.....
